QB's Head Injury Spurs Scrutiny of NFL Concussion Protocol

The NFL's top health official said he was worried about the player's health, and pointed to a joint review the league and its players association was conducting into the Miami Dolphins' handling of the quarterback's initial injury on Sunday.
